Agreed. So here is my take..

The 8k clearly shows Bizright still here, along with Sky and Hydro. It also states that they were seeking the option of selling shares to complete the deals..

Next 8k comes out showing an investor (K&J) comitting 20 million dollars to SGMD for shares..

Now this recent 8k shows SGMD adding a director that specializes in SEC filing, and Venture Capitalist agreements..

"He operates a law firm that specializes in Securities and Exchange Commission filings and venture capital arrangements"

Just because Tan stepped down means nothing.

Jimmys has his plan and hes going to lock in these acquisitions IMO. I mean the clues are rolling in!

Dont forget we voted to increase the shares for this exact reason!! To be used to acquire more companies. Jimmy is using the shares exactly as intended.
