I did a little research...IMO

I couldn't find much with Proscere and Simlatus in the Cannabis business, but there was a lot with United Oppurtunities LLC.

One area is their website https://unitedopportunities.com/.
Check out their well staffed and corporate structure in place.

United Oppurtunities is a real company run by real proven long time successful businessmen, who are now working with "top tier private equity groups" as quoted on their website.

These people are not going to put up a scam and be prosecuted...common sense here..

This is all planned for a publicly traded company. I believe there is money behind SIMLATUS and their marijuana/extraction plans.

Most likely through one or more of the "top tier private equity groups" involved with United Oppurtunities already.

As we know..when private equity groups want a publicly traded company fast, they either do a reverse merger or buy a "empty" company that is already a publicly traded company and take it over.

We have seen that with Simlatus, where all the old company officers ie: Scott Sands and buddies have been pushed out as well.

They and the "top tier private equity groups" , venture capitalists, I believe, are the real money and ability for Proscere and the CBD cold water extraction machines.

ALSO... I don't find it a coincidence that...

1. Jack Kelly CEO of United Opportunities
2. United Opportunities LLC (the company itself) - 175M dollar contract
3. Brand House Ventures - 75M dollar contract
4. Proscere
5. Baron Tennelle new board member of Simlatus and president of Proscere

That they are all located in the Northern San Diego area

This is the beginning of a new corporate arrangements/businesses being formed here right before our eyes.

Due your own due diligence, DD, and use your own brains...
