If that was the case why did Rosen claim that Class 18, and $600M in disputed claims are now the hindrance to Equity being paid?

If he's referring to only Bk assets then the Bk remote ABS Trust assets should begin distribution since they are supposedly outside the Bk.

To put it simply, the assets can't be BANKRUPTCY REMOTE but also be prevented from being distributed because of the ongoing BANKRUPTCY.

That makes no sense whatsoever.
