The WMIIC / WMI Bankruptcies Filed, ... placed all of the WMI, and it’s subsidiaries ABS-Cert participation distribution returns on hold’, ... a legal hold ... up to and until ? ... A Plan was either able to be Court approved or not (obviously WMI Did Reorganize With Plan 7), ... and then, until all of the allowed Plans creditors were paid ... which truthfully only just happened on February 25th, 2019 ... (shameful I know, but true)

Then Process sequentially, ... Docket # 12499’ submitted, and per the October 16th, 2018 Courts (Bench) Approved “Proposed Order” ... the WMI-LT then followed through and closed the remaining equity claims (Adversarials) on March 22nd, 2019 ...

WMI and it’s subsidiaries were the ABS-Cert participating Accredited Investors ... We’ ? then purchased our own choices of WMI financial products on the secondary market through our brokers, banks, funds, etc. ... be it a WMB Bond (Class 17), a WMI Preferred Series (Class 19), Or WMI Common Share Ownership (Class 22), ...
