Everything points to a line in the sand being drawn by Petar to a third party (auditors?) to the effect of--if we can't work these differences out by 11/15 I will publish what we have (basically his words, and his recent comments indicate a lwayer or two looking over the wording to assure they can say whatever they say) and let the market figure it out.
SUre looks like we could see audited, but non-GAAP, financials that differ materially from the pro-formas. But--still worth putting out publicly.
