I think--we get numbers that are not fully GAAP, therefore not a true 10K, but filed with Edgar in an effort to be transparent--"on the record". We've heard lots of stuff about reconciliation and translation etc.--I think that means we see financials audited to a European or soem other standard--but not GAAP.
