Jim I stand and applaud you. A list well worth reading as so many sit in fear of the Democrats coming to power. I am not taking sides but have the past years of Rep power been so great? As one looks back some of the best markets have actually been under the Dem power as they have the ability to make more people feel good even when things are bad. Og course when recession hits the Dem will get the blame. Such is life JMHO
