LOL. That’s false.

The NOL’s are completely worthless. The IRS will invoke rule 269 to prevent the use, as BioAmber has no operations to continue, none. You can’t “buy” NOL’s just to avoid taxation, that’s what the rule is for, you have to continue the company’s business, and that business has been forever severed from this company with the liquidation of assets. It’s done.
