GO4.....some possibilities why the court docket shows no hearing.. (1) the judge is sick with the flu, and can't make an appearance, although the web site would show cancelled and a new hearing date would be posted (2) Rosen could not supply the court with the subpoena deuces tecum in time (3) hearings between Alice and Wmilt for out of court settlement ongoing.. (4) settlement reached over the weekend...IMO, the reason I would think is that Rosen has settled with Alice, and no need for a hearing... cheers.. Lodas
