I agree, I expect something like this will be in a PR very soon when the company has tied up all its loose ends and is ready to make known what they have "been working hard on behind the scenes to grow the company." Notice that email was from 02 April 2019 which could have been the last day before they entered into a NDA or quiet period. I stand by my belief that we will see something like this soon in a PR or 8-K and the company is currently in a quiet period as to why they have not been responding to our emails.

The SEA relevant to MMMM - PR345 - GXXM took place during the week of April 1st and was supposed to close on/by 09 April. I assume the deal is complete or almost complete and the company will make this publicly known once all has been finalized on their end and when they feel it will be best to release the information to shareholders.

This PR you provided is a perfect example of a Share Exchange Agreement (SEA) being used to acquire a minority/majority stake in a company and is written in the exact language I expect MMMM's SEA with GXXM to sound like.

I am so excited for the morning I wake up and on my news feed below GXXM it reads:

"Mineral Mountain Mining & Milling Co. Executes Share Exchange Agreement to Acquire GEX Management Inc."

Some people here think it is a huge risk to hold this stock, but I have done my DD and am so excited for the next week(s)!!!
