common sense dictates.... that after MSFT

announcement that they "give up " and WILL

PAY a one time fee of $200,000,000 to a tiny

nothing little company.... I am sure that fact

alone answers your question as to

"What really drove" VHC to $ 40....

Don't forget MSFT likely the biggest

Company around back in 2011/2012
