If they need to R/S get to Nasdaq they will but unlikely. You should call Greg Rotman the info is on the board, very easy to talk to and honest. If they get something wrong or the timing is off they admit it. Very complicated process here.
Rhetorical questions to ponder on but a RS looks the more likely route to uplisting imho
