Why I do not know, but I took the time to examine the chart for IHDR and it is apparent to me that a re-tracement to .07 - .08 or less is inevitable even with recent events taken into consideration but primarily due to this statement from recent 10QSB

"COMPARISON OF THREE MONTHS ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2006 TO THREE MONTHS ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2005.

Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2006 and 2005 was $-0-. . . . "


This is my opinion, remember Mr. Imperial Whazoo opinions are like A$$HOLES everyone gots one...........
