None of that is factual. NONE of it.

This is a simple bankruptcy. The assets have been liquidated. The Canadian subsidiaries are being wound up under CCAA, and the US company will be wound up under the US Bankruptcy Code.

The common stock will be cancelled by the US court at the conclusion of the bankruptcy.

Very simple. The common stock will be cancelled, and anyone holding shares of BIOAQ will lose everything.
