They did NOT ask for less cash, as you speculated. It says clearly they got $15m, and then used $4 to get units. It wouldn't say that if AGP gave the $4m to VERB and then ALSO gave the units to SC without getting paid for them. Nobody would do that.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
