Now let me see, we have a person who is an EX DOJ BK TRUSTEE attorney, an EX JAG ATTORNEY, and I am to think they would dare put this forward on a baseless claim or suggestion of wrong doing of this magnitude with nothing to back it up???

Yeppers that's the ticket, I guess you're probably right and have a better read on this than all of these very experienced lawyers do.

I for one seriously doubt allegations or suggestion of this magnitude would dare be brought forward without some very legitimate basis.
