I'm not sure of your point, so let me expand on mine.

They basically changed the terms of the cash required for the purchase from 15 to 11m.

Rory paid them 11m cash and the rest in stock.

Exactly how AGP handled the paperwork is unknown, but this is the only way I can see they could have pulled it off.

That’s correct, but misleading.

It did not give the $4,000,000 in extra working capital...

They paid $4,000,000 less cash and didn’t raise any extra cash in the offering.

Agreed?
