AKC you hit it on the head though most don’t understand it. SGMD could in fact conclude acquisitions today and begin integration of said entities. They could even report revenue. Where the problem lies is when the acquired entities do become fully audited, SGMD is then required to restate financials in new filings which probably occur at least two times. The large percentage of time those revenue dollars are overstated and then shareholders see a reduction in overall revenue with restated financials. SGMD then appears to be ‘suspect’ corporation and all hell breaks loose with darts thrown everywhere. So patience will reward those remaining long as we look to the summer / fall 2019. If you are here to play a few penny’s or short, you have a problem. IMO only
