I'm not trying to get rid of my stock, I could sell it on ebay if I wanted to do that

Ebay will not allow the sale of currently trading and/or uncancelled stock certificates anymore.

Once RCIOQ is cancelled, it is worthless. If you can get a stock certificate, and pay the steep fees associated with the printing and mailing costs, you can frame it and remind yourself not to "invest" in bankrupt stocks. Especially those in Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
