gary...sometimes a "shot across the bow" will get attention from someone....It seems Exhibit B is just that...is it a hypothetical with proof behind it, to get the judges attention?....its there in black and white, to get Rosen and the trustee and the rest of them to squirm and settle before Bopfan lowers the Hammer (no pun intended)...what would be the sense to bring up Exhibit B if it could be summarily dismissed by Rosen...and render bopfans letter moot?....she does not want to come out explicitly and say Exhibit was implemented, but make Rosen squirm with the implication of the consequences if there were a whistleblower somewhere out there....Lodas
