Correct. I understand that. My question is will GBI buy 80% of our shares? Or Will IGNG add 200 million shares for GBI for a total of 250 million O/S accounting for 80% of our current O/S.
If I have half a million shares now, will I have half a million after the merger.
Guess we’ll find out soon.
