Lucky.... a lawyer knows better than to make an implication of a fraudulent action if in fact the hedges used that money for years without a disclosure to shareholders...they could get a counter lawsuit against Alice for libel... she is not that stupid to go to court with NOTHING , but innuendo.... she got the "goods believe me, if she worked for JPM.... she knows... Lodas......and she might even have documents to back it up....maybe thats what A/M have been doing all that bookwork for...
