I can’t argue with that logic. Only that in the 8k the wording is tricky. In one paragraph it talks about paying the $15 million to Sound Concepts and in the next it says the net cash paid was $11 million.

If in fact Sound Concepts was paid the $15 million and used $4 million to buy units then you are 100% right.

If nothing else it is a vote of confidence to know they would reinvest in their own company and that those shares are now owned by insiders.
