Verb paid $11 million for Sound Concepts instead of the $15 million originally agreed on.

Sound Concepts bought $4 million in stock from AGP. Essentially Sound Concepts agreed to a $11 mil cash and $14 million in shares and warrants.

Verb got 20.5ish million from the offering and will retain $4 million more then previously thought.
