That $4 million is part of the $20 million. It’s a word/Shell game. VERB doesn’t have an extra $4 million if the stock came from the offering and is free trading. If VERB had sold an EXTRA $4 million in stock then they would have an extra $4 million....and SC would have an additional $4 million in restricted stock beyond the $10 million they got already.

These guys are walking a very fine line in how this is being represented.
