Yes, the $4m 'went to VERB' because it was part of the $20.5m that went to VERB.

What he needed to be asked was how much did VERB get in total, taking into account what SC paid for the units they got.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
