Zip, the ENTIRE $20.5 (less some fees) went to VERB - including the $15m which included the $4m. But $24.5m did NOT go to VERB from what I understand.

I think you misunderstood what the broker was saying, or he did not understand what you were actually asking.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
