Well the statement is ...from our public offering.....so more new shares must not have been created...thus the shares originated from AGPs commitment.

So SC shunted money to AGP to "assist" with their placement of shares. This is equivalent to an independent institution participating in the offer to the tune of $4m.

So a vote of confidence from SC but NO $4m cushion for VERB.

Not the conclusion that I wanted to reach.
