All true and a good way of looking at this from SC's point of view. If you have been watching the divergence of the warrants and shares since the offering I am sure you and others would agree that the long term sentiment for VERB is quite positive, whereas short term could be a bit volatile. Wise move for both companies for SC to get millions of warrants out of this and VERB 4 million dollars. Both companies are aligned for the long term, as should we investors be. I bought a bunch or warrants at .77 thinking they were pricey and now I am up 30%. Could be a bullish sign the way they are trading.
