It’s hard to “misinterpret” the bid summary from the second sales process. It’s there in black and white. None of the bids included an offer for the company equity.

And then, of course, PwC FURTHER confirmed this when they explicitly stated there was no transaction involving the shares of the company and non was expected.

Ignoring that is the only “misinterpretation” occurring here.
