CEO bought shares at .25 stated in PR Nasdaq 2019. He's in this for dollars no question so is Halliburton is my guess. Of course Tangiers Global has seen what's in the pipeline and bought 9.9% they will they buy more. Probably saw the fully encrypted cell phones they were working on and jumped in.
