This is one I have deemed a longer term load and hold, I agree with you overall, shorter term "flips" is what I do with other plays, but I like to also find under valued, under the radar plays and load them for one the material events hit and they start to gain attention, those are the type of plays where I have the potential to make a much larger return.

A little bit of slapping the ask and we are well on our way.
