Anticipating $16M in revenues in 2019 with decent margins, if margins are even close to 2018 margins we are looking at net income over $5M

$5M net income over 300M O/S assuming there is an increase which there may or may not be but just to be conservative gives EPS of .0175

.0175 EPS x modest 15x PE = .26
.0175 EPS x 25x PE = .44
