Itsmyotion, I hope that you are right, and at this point, I don't care about the 75/25 split but just pay face for preferred and I will go away happy.
Unfortunately this theory contradicts a lot with what had happened and I don't even know if it is possible. For instance when we signed release, WMILT was the sole source to maintain the list of what we owned at the time. It does not matter what people owned let say in 2005 or in 2011 but it is only what people owned last just before the effective date in 2012.
And so logistically, everything have to go through WMILT to be distributed, safe harbor or bankruptcy remote or whatever you want to call. I don't care if preferred will be paid 75/25 or just face, but pay me face and you can take the rest.
So at this point, we have to be very careful and not be complacent thinking that don't worry, there will be tens or hundreds of billions that will fall from the sky somewhere.
Because there may be NONE and we need to know now, This is why we need someone like Alice to dig up and find out what WMILT spent the money on for the last 7 years? If there is only 100M left, why didn't they pay us with that instead of milking every penny until there is nothing left.
This is why I am so so mad at those who keep calling Alice tantrum Griffin. What have they done other than spewing nonsense theories everyday or promised payment every week for the last 7 years?
