BMSPF is not required to file on the OTC/PINKS because they file as a Canadian company under the BC Securities Exchange. You can find ALL their filings on SEDAR. They are current!

BMSPF will eventually file on the OTC when the time is right and when they have the funding required. I believe they also plan on up-listing to the AMEX once they secure long term off-takes, raise construction financing via the Bonds, and start construction.

I'm VERY Bullish on BMSPF right now. They have secured ALL that is required to move forward with the project. I am confident BMSPF WILL secure a long term contracts in the near future!
