Same thing was said before the RS and the envitable slide down to .0001.

It’s one thing if they actually add value...some pink sheets can be good but BMIX is just a scam. I clearly remember the ceo saying they would never do a RS and yet they did one. And will probably do it again since the volume here is terrible and they “state” in their filings that they have to sell shares to pay bills. These are facts.
Now if they had used the funds from stock sale to purchase more land or actually found real gold....different story....but for now...this is dogshit
