I think the OS number quoted was before he converted the money that the company owed him into common shares. So the OS was 462M plus another 250M or so of his stake now. This is the way I understand it.

Marc has a huge common share position in BMIX now - this is great news anyway you put it!

A/S is only 950M and I anticipate that it will have to be raised soon given the developments above and to allow the remainder of the convertible debt to be flushed out. If I had to guess, the company will end up between 1.5B and 2B OS by the time it is profitable and convertible debt free. And that number is just fine with me. 50M market cap at 2B OS is a 25-bagger from here!
