Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but a “liquidation process” is the process of selling assets to convert into cash i.e. liquidation.

Unfortunately the equity will not survive in that “process”.

You will not find a single example of a company that liquidated (sold) its assets under bankruptcy protection where the equity survived.

Not one.
