I wouldn't, not at these prices. It's not worth selling down at these levels with a measly market cap of $7 million, in light of what has transpired in the recent months.
During the period of silence in 2018, the company has restructured it's leadership, placing Han at the helm of this ship, whom now owns the majority of ZJMY and owns 10% of Long Star according to official Chinese documents anyone can find on Baidu.
During that time, Han's was able to find and secure funding from investors to construct the building for the swapping station, whether if it was from private and or governmental agencies.
Now, since Han is in control, it's clearly evident to me that he is focusing on appeasing his investors by disclosing updates, progress and potential.
For example,
-You could now see the ticker JBZY, plastered in the front banner on their website.
-There's been a plethora of news he's posted on the website since late 2018.
-Han recently met with RO which bascically implies he wants to get current, inorder to uplist. Hence why we probably saw an update to the Wyoming Sos Docs.
-In the most recent PR which mentions BAIC as their strategic partner, they said the completion of the Swapping Station would be finished by the first of half of this year which isn't too far away.
There's been a lot Han has been working on in the past few months and I'm assume he's been getting a lot of pressure from his private investors(among us) which is probably why he issued 2 PRS in relation to BAIC and Nasdaq. I'm sure he wants to get to all his ducks in a row by geting current before the grand opening.
So what will be revealed after the Grand Opening which should happen shortly? Alot... Just connect the dots as it's not hard to figure out.
