I'm Agree with You, just the Warrants Matter should been handed By The Standards, means Erase Them if no Backup Use anymore exists Because Credits Fully Paid ( Here Even Overpaid ! ).

Interests Rates should been Reverse Corrected to the usual Standard by Treasury lending Money To Banks For 1- 2% annual, Instead Sharks 10% Interests or Dividends whatever it's called !

For Example Dividends at Warrants related Shares Do Not Exist by the Standards, because No Real Shares.
