Smart money will convert from JPS to common without delay but at the same time they want to keep JPS price high and common below $3. That is why some posts in this board still keep saying JPS can convert to common not with a discount but with incentive. what a BS.

They will also say there will be massive dilution of common so that only they can do the conversion at good price. TUS is not stupid they will come up with a balance PPS price such that their interest in warrant is protected.
