Is CARF accreditation hard to get or just a formality to go through and get?

69 Providers with CARF accreditation in Philadelphia, and over 600 in PA

Maryland has 1630 CARF accredited providers

CARF is a standard in the addiction arena. Several companies don't even mention it on their websites its that much of a standard.
