Another thing that smells of bullcrap and scammy here, originally the float was very micro 300,000 -the OS is in inflated to near 2 billion a r/s at 50 to 1 resets the OS to around 36 million shares (with a .20 pps now rest 50 to 1 equals $10.00 a share) we all know that $10 will NEVER hold post R/s ...people will be so pissed they will sell and now buy again, it will fall and retrace probably back to .20 and these turds will dilute (as Pugs said) overall this SUCKS!


This company really ruined a golden opportunity with plans for a R/s,
you only have integrity, and TRUST, once.

A r/s is the hallmark of stinky pink scam imo.
