Canada doesn’t have jurisdiction over the Delaware business entity. Which is why, for example, the Wayzata, Inc. settlement had to be filed and dealt with in Delaware.

It is also why the Canadian sale order had to be recognized by the Delaware Court.

There are matters that will still need to be dealt with regarding BioAmber Inc. once CCAA concludes. While they are not major, they have to be resolved...not the least of which is how the $222,300 dispersed back to BioAmber Inc. gets distributed amongst the secured creditors to BioAmber Inc. namely Mitsui and Bridging.
