That is the key to success and the difference between just taking equity and money away or doing a split for a specific purpose that is good for the shareholders.....THE VENTURE RM PART BRINGING IT INTO THE CURRENT COMPANY AND THE QUALITY OF THAT VENTURE IN OPS, REVENUES, ASSETS! Those little old things we forget about in OTC land sometimes because of the hype. If there is NOTHING being RM then unless a forward split because it blew up big, RM are a way for execs at a company to get out of hot water on the backs of the shareholders. And these jokers even over rode a vote by issuing themselves super stock also! Sad. Plain and simple. Rinse and repeat. Not bashing, this is just life. Have had it happen on other stocks much worse then this over the years! No joke, had one years ago that did a reverse spit of 10,000 to 1 and then went dark!LOL WTF! Can you believe that! Surprised more people are not in jail or at least forced out because of this crap! SEC needs to do a better job in this area or change the laws because this is not about investing...its about funding someones personal life in these 1 or 2 person startups.
