So what was purpose to file when they did starting end of 17 into the 1st few months of 2018? To unload shares? If not mistaken couple/few billion was added to the outstanding during that time period. Also what if you're correct with prospect of ticker revocation. How do any remaining debt holders get paid then if this was to occur?
