But how would FINRA stepping in and doing something like this help shareholders that have purchased stock in a company? Can FINRA go in and shutter the business? Would they sell it off in which to pay current shareholders from any possible assets?
That's a great question, Pire. The answer is.....Absolutely not!!!
Pinksheet stocks have little to no oversight, which is why very few shareholders ever make money in this market. It's hit or miss. You notice no one gets kicked out of pinksheets if they don't file (BRAV is a great example), like they would in most other markets.
Pinksheets is the wild wild west of markets. Companies seem to get away with whatever they want with very little responsibility for their actions. Don't expect the cavalry to come riding in anytime soon for pinksheet stocks.
