They initially filed Chapter 11. That had to be dismissed because it really had to go Chapter 15 since the majority of the assets and operating business entities were in Canada.

So they re-filed Chapter 15.

Once CCAA is done, they will return to Delaware either as a new a Chapter 11 filing or Chapter 7 in order to resolve the remaining issue of BioAmber Inc., the Delaware Corporation.
