Yes but if you are the doctor that invented the special sauce you might have absolute faith in your potion... and that is not verboten. I would not blame any insider ( not to use the derogatory form of that word ) for throwing down now after what, 30 years... You can trade as an insider. You just cannot trade on non-public information. If your faith in your own product is great, that is not against the law.
