Split T....this hearing scheduled by Bopfans letter will be very telling for the following reasons in my opinion...(1) it will force Kosturos to act on the subpoena dues tecum, and will will see if he complies.. if he does not comply, that will indicate he is hiding something from the judge, and shareholder recipients..(2) it will show if Rosens hands have been clean throughout these 10 long years, by not disclosing an 8-k about the matter of the U-writers...(3), and most importantly, it will show how THMJW stands on the matter, and whose side she favors... so, all in all, it may, or may not amount to much, but this Wmilt has had a free ride, as also A/M, whose services have long been questioned as to their relevance at this time...its time to put this affair to bed....I am all for throwing a gumball into the whole works, even at the cost of these last 10 years to see who was cheating who, if in fact there was cheating... we will never know this if Alice did not throw a wrench into this rusty Wmilt machinery....Lodas
